So, this is my first loop, and although I've gone completely overboard with this whole build, it should last quite a long time.

This is for my sigrig, but the case is changing, I just ordered a TJ07 from ChilledPC that's been powder coated black, reverse ATX modded with window mod on correct side, fitted for a quad mount on the bottom ,and setup for a tripple rad on top with tripple grille mod. Should look pretty sweet.. I'm excited!

Anyway, here's my cart from frozen CPU:

ex-blc-733EK Supreme HF Universal CPU Liquid Cooling Block w/ Easy Mount Kit - Rev 2 - Full Copper
ex-rad-110Black Ice GTX Xtreme 480 Radiator - Black
ex-pmp-27Swiftech MCP655-B 12v Water Pump w/ 3/8" Conversion Kit (317 GPH)
ex-res-157Bitspower Water Tank Z-Multi 250 Inline Reservoir (BP-WTZM250P-BK)
ex-blc-934EK GeForce 560 GTX V2 VGA Liquid Cooling Block - Acetal + Electroless Nickel Plated (EK-FC560 GTX V2 - Acetal+EN
ex-tub-984Danger Den DreamFlex Value Pack - Tubing / Clamps / Tube Cutter ( 1/2"ID x 3/4"OD ) - Clear UV
ex-rad-93Black Ice GT Stealth 360 X-Flow Radiator - Black
ex-blc-910EK ASUS Max4 Extreme Full Board Cooling Block Kit - Electroless Nickel Plated (EK-FB ASUS Max4 Extreme - EN (Nickel))

It's not complete as I haven't added any fittings, fan controller, or fans yet.

I've done tons and tons of reading over the past six months about this, and I'm about as ready as I'll ever be. I've been been building and OC'ing recreationally since the P4 days, but never dabbled into WC before. So based on this being my first build, here are my couple questions.

1: I think I have everything, but is there anything I'm missing other then what I've mentioned not on the list?
2: Which brand is better, and what / how many fittings should I get? I do have a Micro Center and a Fry's about 30 min from here, but I'd like to catch everything I can on this purchase. Should I get some different angles? Extras?
3: Is the pump strong enough for one single loop for all my parts, or should I get another one? I only have one GFX card for now, but I plan on running 3 560Tis in the future.
4: Should I run my loop with BOTH rads? Or should the 480 suffice for now til I have my other cards, then incorporate them into another, or same loop?

Thanks for your input guys in advance. Like I said I've done a ton of reading. I know, although I'll still post up later, how to do loops, and leak testing, but I don't wanna destroy my expensive equipment if I don't have to. I'm just not totally savvy with which rads and pumps can sufficiently cool which parts.
