It depends on what you are doing. For gamin the 1600ish RAM is fine!
I would invest some more money and get the 2133MHz RAM. With stock 1.5V you could easily tighten the timings or do other tweakings since G.Skill supports up to 1.65V without voiding the warranty! (Official statement from their support). And this RAM would be "future prove" since it has more bandwidth than you will need atm.
But this is just my opinion.
Again for gaming the 1600MHz is just fine, even 1333MHz RAM would be fine!

The sniper set is fine. Only if your using lots of RAM intensive programs would you need the 2133Mhz set. If you want to save money, go with a Ripjaws 1600Mhz set.

For gaming, using 2133 ram will not give you better FPS than 1333 will.
