yes it should be able to
the board says it can handle 1866 and the memory you are looking at it only 1600
and it says you can hold 16gb so, yes

(Note 2) To reach DDR3 1866 MHz or above, you must install two memory modules and install them in the DDR3_3 and DDR3_4 memory sockets.

That is off the manufactor website, but worse case scenario is you underclock the memory if it doesnt work

Should be fine even though the memory kit is really aimed at X79. Although populating all 4 simms sockets will limit your overclockability. Bere that in mind....

If the RAM is approved for Phenom II CPUs then it should, work fine. With all four RAM slots occupied many mobos revert to the CPU/RAM default frequency which for Phenom II CPUs is 1333 MHz.
