Games loading faster is more dependent on your HDD/SSD speed than your RAM.

Don't mean to bring a downer to you, but you know your Motherboard is DDR2 only right? Motherboards that support both DDR2 and DDR3 are few and yours isn't one.

Also, your CPU is AM2+ only, which means it only works in Socket AM2+ Mobo's due to its lack of DDR3 IMC (Memory Controller), which means it can't be used with DDR3 RAM.
AM3 CPU's have both DDR2 and DDR3 IMC's, so can be used on either AM2+ Mobo's with DDR2 (like mine), or AM3 with DDR3.

Unless you have a new Mobo and CPU, you may want to send the RAM back I'm afraid.
