Sound from one speaker ps3 issue

Thread Starter
Hey guys. For some time I've put up with sound from only my left speaker but I bought battlefield and want the full sound. I have my ps3 connected to my pc monitor via hdmi cable. My old speakers(logotech z2000) came with a console audio adapter so you could use them for your console.

At the moment the audio is as follows. Micro lab speakers to the console adapter into the av cable plugged into the ps3. I've tried all audio options on the ps3 but only sound from the left speaker. Could someone please help me get sound from both speakers.
Thanks

Are you sure one of the speakers isn't bust? Or one of the adapters? Hook it up to a tv and see if you have the same issues.

Neither speaker is bust. How do I check if monitor is on mono?

Go through the settings on the monitor.
Make sure things are on digital and not analog
