Advice on choosing parts

Im thinking of water cooling my videocard, but I would like to hear some feedback from you guys..
Would THIS RADIATOR be able to cool a 5870 and would I be able to overclock it? (Im going to cool my GPU only), im going to mount it on the top of the case(externally)
and I chose the 280 model because my case already has a fan cutout on the top and a 240 rad it wouldn't cover up the edges.

Im pretty sure that i am going to use this pump: http://www.ekwaterblocks.com/shop/pumps-and-accessories/pumps/ek-dcp-4-0-12v-dc-pump.html since its the best i can buy where i live.

Not sure if i should use this waterblock: http://www.thewatercoolingshop.co.uk/aquacomputer-aquagratix-for-hd-5870-and-hd-5850-rv870-g1-4-nickel-plated-23488.html
or this: http://www.ekwaterblocks.com/shop/blocks/vga-blocks/ati-radeon-full-cover-blocks/ek-fc5870-v2.html

Im going to be using inner diameter: 10mm, outer diameter: 13mm tubing

I am pretty much limited to buying from my local store, which doesn't have much water cooling kit for sale.

Right now it would cost around 200 euros and I really dont want to spend more unless all the components im thinking of totally suck balls and cant cool ****.

Also what fans would you recommend and is it okay to just use distilled water or do i need to get something else?

Yep, all of that will cool your gpu with ease, I'd recommend a mcp355 , its costs the same and is the Mcp655's little brother and performs extremely well..

Both EK and AQ blocks are amazing blocks, can't go wrong with either choice, and the rad is pretty good, I haven't heard anything negative about magicool rads.

I hope you already have fittings and a reservoir because your going to need those to run your loop.

For fans, if you can find them, then get gentle typhoons (they are expensive and hard to come by), if you can't get those try and go for some XSPC fans or some Yate loons.

Distilled water + PT Nuke or a Silver coil will work just fine.

Haven't read too much about either of those pumps, but I'd probably go with the EK one. In reality if you can find a Swiftech MCP355 somewhere, thats what I would really go with.
