New i7 Build (Help)

Thread Starter
First off, i like the new overclock.net site look with the little drop menu smile.gif but not sure if i was suppose to post this here either, but i seen others so i figured.
I wanted to get away from amd and get a i7 for working with after effects and premiere with some pretty hardcore gaming. Heres what i gathered.
(Right click, view image/open with new tab.)

With that power supply, will i be able to sli the 560 ti? I already own 1, wanting to get another one maybe in xmas or January. Is this build a problem? Im also going to be overclocking the cpu and gpu (maybe not while on the sli but on the single)
Btw i know i forgot to put a dvd drive on that tongue.gif

Yes, you won't have a problem running SLI with that PSU. Need proof? I'm running a GTX 590 with a HX650 thumb.gif

You mentioned you will be overclocking. What about an aftermarket heatsink? Silver Arrow, Noctua D-14, or Corsair H100?

Just my input, but do you need a terabyte right now? You should look for something cheaper and get an SSD boot drive.

looks real good :thumb.gif: ..that psu shouldn't be a problem with 2 videocards and overclocking thumb.gif no ssd? hmm..okk..but you're missing out without ssd..and mayhaps better cooling..that n520 i had was good for up to like..4.4ghz..not sure how a hyper 212+ is..ps..i never use more than 5 gb of ram..and it tends to hinder OCing with 16...is that necessary?

Im going to pick up an SSD maybe in xmas also. Noctua looks nice but a bit expensive, but ill consider it.
