WOW nice it handled that much, Yeah furmark and prime are such UNREALISTIC power draw no one would ever pull that much on gaming. I was worried about 850watts being enough on 580sli but after looking into it realised everywhere people say 750 is enough and 850 would be good. Either way I wont be going an sli570 soon, will go intel before that.

Yeah thats what i like about corsair they're tough, they sure use good suppliers lol, seasonic makes the tx and ax850 and have VERY high quality, I have seen some 750watt psu's labeled all big with that on a box and then just to see it in small writing say peak watts lol, Hard ocp does some very good psu reviews and they seem to do very well there, I use them and jonnyguru for psu reviews usually. Other good sites here n there but they sure have a lot to compare with from previous reviews.

1050w is straight from wall btw. if you deduct the 20% efficiency it is still below 850w. wall reading is 20% higher than actual load
