So, I reset the CMOS, installed an 60gb ssd for my OS. Now I made some minor tweaks in the bios, I can now sustain 5068Mhz at 1.168vs with about 50% load with all the Energy saving features on. At full load it goes to 1.448v. 50% load it sits nicely at 40*c and Idles at 33*c. This new asus board is awesome.

Do you have LLC enabled?

Yea, it is at ultra high, I tried all the settings, it doesn't change it unless its at max, then it over volts. If I go to low then the voltage drops to low at idle and BSOD

if thats the case then your motherboard may be defective, LLC shouldn't push the voltage that high
