For that price, I would much rather have a Gentle Typhoon. What are you wanting this fan to do (radiator, case fan, etc)?

That fan is insanely loud... I agree - it does have very good cfm but you don't need anything above 70!! Also, that fan is VERY EXPENSIVE!! Why pay $19 for really loud fans?
Also, 2700 rpm is WAY too much!!

I have three of these - http://www.sharkoon.com/?q=en/content/silent-eagle

Sharkoon Silent Eagle 120mm, comes in 1000rpm and 2000rpm versions. Extremely silent, amazing airflow (129.7 cfm for the 2000 rpm version!!) WAY better than the silly rexus fans, much better airflow and much cheaper - around $10!!

How are your fans configured in your case? FTWPC is selling a bunch of 120mm Yate Loons (Low, Med, and High speed) for fairly cheap. I'd pick up a cheap fan controller and some medium or high speed fans.

I highly recommend some TY-140s over the fan you posted (or even the Gentle Typhoon).

Although they're 140mm fans, they've got 120mm mounting holes, and the cfm to noise ratio is simply amazing.
