It has 1.2GB of vram,
clocked near the same core and memory,
it has 3 way sli.
also the gf110 which the 570 uses

it's basically a gtx 470 that is clocked higher, more energy efficient and will overclock better.

no, its just a revised gtx 470 on GF110, thats about it. its a nice move by nvidia, haven't seen this seen the c216 on the gtx 260.

It's a little slower and I doubt it can overclock as well with the reference design.

I'm waiting for reviews actually. If it's a lot more energy efficient than a gtx 470 when both are overclocked I'm gonna get one asap. not really comfortable with my gtx 470 oc'd with a cheap litepower 600w psu. prolly a 500w PSU at best

Yeah, the cooler is the same shrinky-dink one used on the other 560s, it will struggle to get good clocks with that many cuda cores under that lump. Get a waterblock to suit, and it'll be a demon card.

Quick precis of the situation:
The GTX460-1GB was tweaked and became the GTX560
The GTX470 was tweaked and is this new GTX560-Ti-448
The GTX560Ti (regular model) fits in the middle between the two in terms of performance per clock.

For reference, the GTX570 has roughly the core count of the old GTX480, and the GTX580 beats everything else.

what you should do is wait a few months and pickup a 7870 (a 6970 with only 125w tdp or something awesome like that)
