Will these 2 cards Crossfire

Thread Starter
I'm ready to pull-the-trigger on a 4870 to run in crossfire with the 4870 that I already have, until I can afford a better upgrade-

They look to be the almost the same specs, except the Visiontek I have is OpenGL 2.1, and the card I'm thinking of getting is OpenGL 3.1-

Will these work in a Crossfire configuration okay?

VisionTek HD4870 (the specs, not the price)

Yes they will work perfectly fine together! - its actually a pretty decent upgrade, used to have CFX 4870's myself and they always ran fine - a 4870 is equal and sometimes a bit faster than a 5770 in DX10 games and tend to o/c very well.
