Hey Everyone I'm new to the forums but I thought I would share my build and get some input from anyone willing to lend me some advice. The color of the case actually matches my car is that stays not matter what! lol

CPU: AMD FX-6100 3.3ghz

MOBO: Asus Sabertooth 990FX

GPU: 2 Radeon HD 6870

MEM: G.Skill Sniper 16gb DDR3 1866

PSU: Corsair Enthusiast Series TX750 v2 750w

CASE: Corsair Carbide Series 500R White Case

SSD: Corsair Force Series GT 60gb (OS and 2 mostly played games)

HD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200rpm 32mb Cache

COOLING: I have no idea what I'm going with yet. Prob liquid Corsair h100

MONITOR: samsung 50in plasma TV until the wife makes me use a regular monitor! lol thumb.gif

Thats about it I have 2 dvd-rw drives already they are both Asus drives. Any input would be awesome.

that looks like a solid build but I have to recommend going with the phenom II x6 over the FX6100. If you look clock for clock the x6 flat out beats the 6100 in every benchmark. and the FX processors haven't really yielded more OC potential. So since they are similar prices I would definitely go with the 1100T or 1090T. Other than that everything looks good.

have a look at the NH-D14 unless you want to stick with liquid.

And if you like liquid because of its slick look maybe consider changing to the TX750M

Edit: or the AX750 for full modular
