I went from the A64 5000+ to a 1055t. That was just... wow. There's no way to compare the 2. Although, my 1055t really is a 955 now that I disabled 2 cores. IT COUNTS!! thumb.gif

This is a bad, BAD idea
So long as you are even using that CPU with that motherboard you are running a huge risk.  This motherboard is not actually ratified for the use of this CPU as well as any other 125W TDP CPU because it uses a low end design 3+1 phase VRM that has indeed been known to EXPLODE when running such high wattage CPUs.  You need to stop what you are doing, turn off your system, and start looking for a new motherboard right away!

My current mobo 3+1 POWER PHASE which is dangerous for oc and the mobo has a problem,it doesn' oc at all (I've tried every way of oc'ing) thus I will only oc when I buy a good mobo with a 4+1 power phase atleast,I've no plan of hitting 4ghz,a 3.7ghz oc will be plenty for me!

You are absolutely right,I'm already in the hunt for a mother board of good quality!
How about gigabyte 880gm usb3 or asus m4a88t-m or msi 790gx g65?
These are the only mobos that are available for my buget in my country!

Stay away from the MSI! It uses crap quality VRM's and you're better off sticking to the board you have now biggrin.gif

What's your budget for the board cuz i'm a fellow countryman thumb.gif

Totally agreed. I've seen two MSI mobos going boom in the VRM's, and the CPU's were not even OCed, and my own Intel MSI mobo (a G41) was a total failure as well. I wish MSI made their motherboards like they make the video cards rolleyes.gif

MSI isn't completely bad. My first board handled my old 955 C2 with 1.55v for several months and when I benched with 1.6v for an hour (though it died shortly after with normal voltage).

As long as you don't go over 1.5v on quads with any 4+1phase MSI board, you should be okay. There are even some people running OCed Thubans on my board without failure, but they are the lucky few who haven't fried their boards (yet).
