LCD screen bezel

Thread Starter
Hello, after black Friday I now officially have 2 lcd screens for a multimonitor/ eyefinity build. But unfortunately for me the bezel in between monitors are a bit thick and its pretty hard when the crosshair is smack dabbed in the middle. I read up on making custom bezels so it can be thinner. I was just wondering how I should get started and what materials I'll need. I know how to disassemble the monitors so that part will be easy. Also does anyone have any experience as to making one large bezel to "fuse" the monitors? Thanks in advance.

My Current setup.
450

*edit* im in Canada btw if there are any good places to get materials.

Cool hope I dont mess up too bad. If i do i think itll set me back $300 and 2 monitors, but if it works ill create a step by step work log.

Anything is doable, if i were to do this i would use some AL u-channel and L-channel to make it with and paint it black later on. You would still have about a 1/4"-3/8" in the center because of the LCD frame.
