All of the CPU's have only been tested working, I have no overclocking numbers or the VID on most of them. The ones that I did do more than test were the E6420 and E2140. The E6420 does 3.2 GHz with ease, though I do not remember the voltage required, I believe it did it on stock volts. The E2140 did 2.6 GHz @ 1.3V, which is below the VID of the chip even. Both of these overclocks ran stable, in fact the E2140 was in my HTPC for ~4 months at that overclock.

It's stated above all of the CPU's that I ran 2.6 GHz @ 1.3V on it for ~4 months. Before that, I'm not too sure. I've owned the CPU for quite a few months, but I bought it used. 1.3V is more than a reasonable voltage, considering that's even below the chips VID.
