I was going to recommend a GTX 560 TI (awesome card for the price) but you'll need to change out that power supply mate. 500W is the minimum and you should be able to pick one up pretty cheap.

If the power supply upgrade is not in your budget, what about a GTS 450 which should give you everything you need.

Sorry for the double post my connection had a conniption

what use will there be for a 560Ti if his cpu is dual 1.8G?

Even 460 sounds a bit much to be honest

Would i be able to see big difference switching from 7600gt to gts450? Is this much better card, and would my 380 psu be enogh to support it?

a 4670, even then it will suck because of the cpu, it is too slow

Based on your PSU restrictions, I would say either a hd5770, or gts450 would probably be the most powerful cards you would want to use. Of the 2, the hd5770 draws less power, and outperforms a gts 450. It's descent for some 1680x1050 gaming, you can probably find one used for cheap, or the updated hd6770 model new shouldn't be too bad price-wise. I had a hd5770 for about 2 weeks, it performs very similar to a hd4870.

I've had this processor before, you should be fine when playing most games. ( you'll only be bottlenecked when playing games like GTA 4 or Crysis 1 or 2) Even then you'll still notice the difference the GPU has to offer.

Go ahead and upgrade your GPU like you want. a 450 will do you fine as of now. You'll see a huge difference in performance, as the 7600 gt doesn't even have unified shader architecture, it'll be like night and day.
