Yes your PSU should handle the overclocking. Depending on your CPU cooler you should be able to get to 4GHz

since i have a black edition cpu i can simply increase the multiplier to overclock to 4.0ghz?

yes you are able to just raise the multi to get 4.0ghz....so if you just raise to 20 you will get to 4ghz as long as your bus is still at 200...Depends on the chip as to how much voltage it will need...start with 1.42v and if its stable keep going down until all is good....however keep in mind that some need more then 1.42v and just keep an eye on temps
