I'm new to overclocking and I was wondering if some one can help me out and walk me through how to do it. My Bios are American Megatrends.

I've attached my CPU Z thing with my info I hope I did it right.

It looks like you have power save features still on which downclock you CPu when not working hard. If eventually you wish to go for bigger overclocks you will need to turn those features off and add good CPU cooling;

Easiest way to overclock is to change the CPU multiplier and to add some CPU voltage. this guide is well respected for overclocking Phenom II CPUs.

Go to your profile and near bottom click on the link to create a new rig.

As above read Dolks Guide I linked you to. It will help heaps. You will need more than stock volts for 4GHz. (around 1.45) and will need good cooling.
