And since there aren't any better things worth upgrading they will be in this rig until they break.

DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS? HE DOES NOT FAVOR THE PRICE TO PERFORMANCE GAIN RATIO. NOT THAT THEY ARE NOT PHYSICALLY PRESENT. DON'T BE OBNOXIOUS.

This has no relevance to your own obnoxious reply implying I have misused good/best. Take out a dictionary and look up the word better - does it mean the same as best? Where did I say anything about what was the best? Where did he say anything about "best"? Would you disagree that there aren't better soundcards currently in existence? Go home please.

You deemed it fit to point out that there were better cards than his, which is proof that you understood his statement to be that there were not any better, why else make that reply? Considering that you understood that he meant there are no better cards and felt the need to point out that there in fact are, you therefore assumed that he meant that his was the best.

I then corrected your assumption.

You now respond by claiming that my proof about him referring to price/performance is irrelevant, and attack a previous post, while ignoring that you did in fact defend the fact that you assumed he meant his was the best, by repeatedly quoting "there aren't any better things". This is because you can not further the arguement.

Best: That which is the most excellent, outstanding, or desirable.
Yes, it seems to me you assumed he meant his was the best, and I corrected you.

Your ignorance is showing. Shouldn't you be in class? I didn't know Middle Schools had Thursdays off.

Hmm... Nope it's the OCN logo alright.
Could've fooled me, thinking it was Reddit.

Do the new cards really justify the performance/price.
Mind you that the price here is twice as much as in the US.

He added one word that doesn't change the meaning of the sentence.
And the guy is right, sound cards don't progress as fast, nor do PSUs or HDDs. Is my rig crap because I use Spinpoint F1s? There's no real world difference to the F3s, I know. I have both.
