Depends on the type of documents you use and how and when you want to access them.

What type of business and what type of documents. If you use office you may want to look at skydrive and live sync. Decent amount of free strorage and you can access your files from any browser through Office Web and automate backup with live sync. There is a 2 GB limit for live sync currently but they are moving to uplimited document storage.

Amazon and Google have good offerings too. If you want simple file backup and just a dumping ground for storage with backup capabilities those may be better solutions.

box.net is the only business oriented service provider I know of. You can get (I think) 50gb for free. They had some promos if you signed up from a PlayBook or iPad I think.

IMO, have a look at Synform. I attended a webinar back in march i think sponsered by the IEEE Computer society. They are a great business scloud back up solution and with 200GB free. Anyone looking for offsite cloud solution should really check them out.
