Ya the rv2 is a nice case, almost bought one except the window was on the right side which I hated and then the rv03 came out, I lik it better because its not as long and both the psu and hdds and cables are all hidden behind the motherboard.. Both are good case but you can't hide you corsair watercooling rad if you want to, because the older ravens or fortress cases don't have the fan mounts in the drive bays

Looking at both of these cases...
Is there anyway to hide the DVD drive on the RV03 and keep the front looking the same?

Yes you can fit a h100i in the front of a Silverstone RV3 but if you do you won't be able to fit any disc drives
