Oky this is a example of how we work with you guys to solve your problems with Mayhems Aurora.

1) Customer had problems with Mayhems Aurora Gold and contacted us. Yes he posted a vid saying it failed and thought because he did this we may not help him frown.gif. How ever we do not take offence at things like this as it will allow us to look though you system and try and resolve the issue.

2) We saw the vid and went though his system with him and figured out a solution to his problem. What we did we sent him a extra 10ml bottle with extra pearl in it (free of charge) and we all so looked though his system and gave him a little advise.. Result !!! he posted this vid.

3) there will still a problem as it wasn't thick enough how ever again with a little more work the user saw his problem and sorted it out and the resulting video is it fully working.

Now we see happy customer.

The reason why i have posted this is because if your unhappy with some thing contact us first we will do our best to help you out. We will work with you to solve your issues and if possible we will go the extra mile or further to get you up and running. We cannot guarantee all the time we will get it to work for you how ever we will do our up most.

Please remember though going though your system is not a easy task and it takes time to hopefully get the desired effect or result. We our self have learnt from this problem and added info to our wiki.

If you have a issue or a question you can all ways PM me on here or contact me direct at michael at mayhems dot co dot uk and i will do my best to help you out. Please give concise information such as how you loop is made up including fittings as this will help and if you have fill ports or exit ports as well.

Merry Christmas to you all and happy new year.

Mick

To Mayhem, so you're implying that you want customers to buy your product for when it to fail, they should come directly to you without letting anyone else in the community or other potential customers know about the huge fail rate of the aurora. Excuse me, but the way i see it that is just poor marketing.! How would people otherwise get some insight on how the product behave before buying it.
You don't really expect people to consider all sorts of factors, before purchasing a product that clearly isn't mature to the general market at the moment.
The only company I've heard about telling people to use their product a certain way, when clearly there is something wrong with their product is Apple (Iphone 4).

K.3nny as others have suggested, get the Pastel - Perfect pink instead thumb.gif

I apologize but to me that post sounds plain retarded. Are you just trolling or don't you just understand? I might be wrong here but how I understood it is that he'd rather have you contact them directly so they can see if there's something obvious about the loop that kills the aurora (aka. Help) before you go posting all around the internet about how it sucks (which I can see you doing based on your post).
Also it says on the Mayhems website that " Although every effort has been made to produce this product, there are no guarantees that this will work on all systems. Mayhems are not responsible if the aforementioned fails in the end-users system. Please read our 'Aurora Wiki' before purchasing. " and in the said Wiki it says that " Aurora is "NOT" made for use in a home system. It has been developed for show System's (modding) and Photo work. "
Maybe you should also read his last post in this thread.

I also apologize to K.3nny and Mayhem for posting this annoyed comment in this thread.
Peace, Bliz.

LOL.....so when a vendor doesn't take care of a customer issue the vendor is vilified (and often rightfully so). And when a vendor not only takes care of an issue, but takes the time to state he is willing to hear from anyone with a problem and try to resolve it, now that is also unacceptable? Sucks nowadays to be a vendor rolleyes.gif.

Not trolling at all, just surprised of the marketing methods used. When it is clearly stated and I quote "Yes he posted a vid saying it failed and thought because he did this we may not help him" Thats is directly saying that they were considering not helping the customer because the customer was warning others. Let me know if there's another way to interpret that?
TYI I am not posting "about how it sucks" since i have no personal experience with it.
