yea, tho make sure all the partitions are deleted first. I like running the clean command at first to make sure all partitions on the drive are deleted before I format it.

One other question. The OCZ agility 3 SSD that i bought is a LOW END SSD according to you and i get it. In terms or reliability how is this SSD and how are the SSDs in general. Some people claim that SSDs die quickly. is that the truth?

That SSD imo = crap.

Reliability of SSDs in general = better than HDDs.

If you use the drive as a recording disk or something and write 100's of gigabytes of data to it daily then you can wear the NAND faster than normal. Otherwise, if the NAND is good, then something on the board would have to go.

Like I said in the guide, you will usually have ~5-20 years of use from a SSD. (100TB-1PB of writes)

Got the Sandisk extreme 240gb, installed latest firmware, zero issues for two days. Benchmarks on par with reviews, very impressed. My first SSD =)

Not yet, they 11.5 haven't "officially" been released yet.
