hacking bios?

does anyone know of a way to hack into a locked bios. im not sure if it could be done, but maybe you guys know

I know of one case, which is w/ an ECS K7S5A (AMD board). Someone added the option to manualy change the FSB. Though the increments are like 12mhz or something. And you cannot change the multiplier even w/ the hacked BIOS. So I think it just depends on how popular the board is and if someone can figure it out.
