Vcore - windows/bios different results

So im slowly creeping at 5ghz sitting on 4.6 right now but seeing two issues and I think they are related...
Vcore in bios I have at 1.390 but CPU-Z shows 1.356.... also when I run prime core 0 doesnt go to full load... Granted Im assuming its a voltage issue

Well it seems going over 4.5ghz I cant keep core 0 at full load in prime.... 4.5ghz at 1.350 is fine though with really low temps too... 30's but seems whatever I do I cant keep it stable or keep all cores running fine want this ***** to goto 5ghz :/

VID* is what you set in BIOS, and when following Intel's load-line specs, this is the target number for the maximum voltage that will be delivered to a CPU, including transient spikes. This means that operating voltage will be lower, and will decrease the more current is being drawn. This is a totaly normal and intentional feature.

Load line calibration settings are used by some to reduce or remove this droop. You can experiment with this setting or just increase vcore in the BIOS if your current load voltage is too low to be stable.

*before anyone says that VID is stock voltage, it's not. Stock VID is stock VID, but VID is just the voltage identifier and is synonymous with bios vcore. Look it up if you doubt me.

Well the highest I got to was 2600k at 4.9ghz at vcore of 1.390 with Multi-step Load line at level 8 (I use a GA-P67A-UD7-B3 mobo) When I go into windows CPU-Z shows vcore at 1.416 (okay...) but when I go to run prime95 it skyrockets to 1.452 (30 seconds in core 0 goes to 50% load so I know its not a perfectly stable OC)

So Should I jack vcore way up and thus lower the LLC? because no way i want to be at 1.45+ on vcore just doesnt feel safe to me

You have your load line set too high. It is over compensating for vdroop. I would keep dropping levels of llc until load voltage drops just slightly under idle voltage. for me it's around 5.

Well thats the thing when I goto 4.9ghz anything under level8 nearly auto BSOD's granted lv5 at 4.5ghz is nearly dead perfect

You will need to increase vcore when you drop LLC levels. Do you auto BSOD when you start Prime 95? or when you start up your computer?
