there are many more concerns in heatsink then price. most people are more constrained on height of the heatsink and memory height clearance then price. for example AXP140 may not be the best heatsink for the price, but for its purpose nothing is better or even comes close especially in the ITX catagory.

there def needs to be the Thermalright HR-02 MAcho, True Spirit 120 and 140, since those are the best value coolers out there at the moment
