Whatever gets you stable. Increase by 0.013

no because every card is different. just keep turning it up, test it, see if it crashes. If it doesnt keep turning it up. if it does add more voltage till it is stable. then keep trying to increase it till its no longer stable. rinse and repeat. eventually you will hit a wall and won't get it stable or your temps will be to high. thats when you hit your limit.

Sure, but you might crash right away. Each card will have different OC ability.

The 570 if you have the cash and wants the extra1 or 2 fps over the 448 and it awesome red look. Or just the 448 if you are looking for some money saver
