My question is, will upgrading to a 2500k over my q9550 help me get better frames in 64 player situations on the larger maps? thank you. im looking for a constant 60. Also, if i overclock my core on my card past 800mhz, i start to lose frames. could this be because my CPU cant keep up?
im thinking a platform upgrade from lga775 and ddr2 to a 2500k z68 + ddr3 will improve my performance and overclocking performance with my 560ti 448. Thanks!

I got the i5 2500k and say about 70+ on 1920x1080P on All High Settings

Edit: ive been running my CPU at 3.5ghz, 3.0 in my rig info was old.
I run my 3820 at 4.75ghz 24/7 right now
