Hey!
I just bought a Gigabyte Geforce GTX560ti 448, I have started to overclock it and found a good core clock, the max the temperature was 77c after 3 loops 3DMark Vantage, the mV is 1063.
Is this totally safe? (I do not want Destroying this card)

That's a real good clock on that voltage. That voltage is very safe, these guys have these cards gone silly on voltages & they're stable. I have Mine currently 925/1850/220 on 10.75V & they run great, top card hits 81C under full load of furmark running for 15 minutes. They're great for gaming from what I seen, but I only use one Momitor @1920x1080...

Great Overclock Bro...thumb.gif

I have the Gigabyte version as well and have been running 1050mv with a 925/1850/2150. I did make the fan profile a little more aggressive as I'd rather it not fluctuate so dramatically. Just me being paranoid though I've been lurking this thread for months and only ever see good things.

Out of curiosity what was your default voltage? I lucked out with 975mv and I think I remember another gigabyte user way earlier in this thread had a ridiculously low voltage as well.

Welcome to the club btw!

Been messing with the card(EVGA 560-ti-448Cores Classified Ultra) for about 3 hours now, here is the highest stable so far(will be trying for higher) stock 810/1620/3900@1.088v.

OC'd: 1.088v- 890/1780/4100. Temps topping out at 76c. Ambient temp is 24.3c
all @ 1920x1080
Don't have the full version of 3dmarkk11 so no scores for that but I love to use Unigine 3.0 anyways.
Fan speed set full time to 60%

Yes but so does every other person which uses it. It is a comparison tool,. not a stress tester.

You got a bad chip :O

I can go 900mhz with 1.063 and 970mhz with ~1.14(something)v

Although I NEVER play at 970mhz simply because I'm just not confertable with that voltage at that high of a clock. Afraid its just gonna explode. At least it feels like it to me; even though its perfectly stable.

First, why tell me I have a bad chip? I mean why make me feel ****ty? anyways. I lowered the v and bumped it up to 875 at 1.063v and ran kombuster for 10 mins. will continue to run it and then the other battery of tests. It could have been old settings within msi afterburner from the old card(they were saved) if it is stable at 1.063 at 875 then im okay with that for now. not sure why it would have bumped it to 1.088 in the first place.
