from all the reviews iv been seeing they should all (doesnt matter which brand) clock at least 900.

i like the dual fan setup that MSI has. the 3 fan that gigabyte is pretty over kill. but then again it helps a little bit.

450

anyone know what the power draw is at 900mhz?

I would say that is my most stable gaming clock.

I 925Mhz is still giving me a few issues, but might just be an anomaly. Going to try out the 925 setting again on BF3 now.

are you using stock voltage for 925?
I've found that whatever overclock/voltage I can get stable to run through 3dmark11, needs one more notch of voltage on the core to make BF3 play nice. Of course this will probably vary depending on the card. I posted a thread over at mkvtech forums (makers of Nibitor) asking if they are working on or planning to include support for our cards in their program. They told me that they are, but they still need more bios images from different brands of cards before they can add full support for the card. So I'm asking everyone here that has a 448 core to help their project and submit an image of your bios to them. The sooner we get them our bios images, the sooner we can start really pushing these cards. biggrin.gif

No, but it is barely higher than my stock, which was 1.025V. It's stable for gaming in BF3 and such at 1.038V.
Oddly enough the temperature actually dropped a full 10 degrees Celsius. When I had it at stock it was running at 65C, when it's at 1.038 it peaks at 55C. And this setting runs much more stable than my 950 profile with a higher voltage. My FPS also appears much more stable at the 925 setting, 60+, whereas my other settings all all over he board with more spikes and drops in FPS.

And yes this is very true. Anything that runs through OC scanner and 3DMark11 requires just that little nudge of extra voltage and it's been smooth sailing since.

I'm running the EVGA Classified 448 card, just fyi. The Classy's seem to clock very well.
