Nope that score is just fine for stock. You fall almost dead center on that chart if you just add up the number of people on either side of you btw if you want a little more reassurance. Hope you plan on overclocking though. This card is extremely easy to overclock and the performance gains are fantastic for what little risk there is.

That should destroy the 6950s. I think it might even be better than 6970s if you oc them. I would get at least 900watt though. Card calls for a minimum of 550 for 1 card. At least the EVGA classy does. Although, I would bet you would be okay though. Never hurts to have too much power.

Quieter/better cooler, shorted in length, better build/components & slightly higher clocks (1GHZ). My friends classy barley hits 900mhz with added voltage (maybe a one off?) and the cooler is noisy! Both the Classy & the MSI PE are great cards tho and are the best two 448's. I would be pleased with any. But i would choose the MSI smile.gif
Just a thought, the EVGA is cheaper by £10 at some places so going by price the EVGA wins, i got my MSI for £220 so it was the right choice. you can't go wrong with either smile.gif

I can agree with the MSI card. I almost went with it, but the price is what got me. I think, here, the MSI card was 339.00 USD. I have read that those coolers are the best...

even though I love this 448 card, I tend to like the performance you get from a single card over sli/xfire given the same price or so. Unless you like nvidia drivers better or want to wait on Kepler, that 7970 is one hell of a nice card

Isn't the 7970 a gen 3 card? I would get that. Then you would just need the ivy bridge to unlock pcie 3.0.

At what clock speed would a 560TI 448 need to match a GTX 570?

Sad to say this about PCIe 3 but it's no gains and not worth it as of yet as it's not being utilized.

PCI Express 3.0 Has Zero Performance Incentive for Radeon HD 7970: Tests

The great PCI-Express 3 fight, and why it doesn't matter

Not sure if I'd invest in a new build or choose a GPU based on PCIe 3.0 option yet. Just some info to help you a bit. Take it as you will and hope this helps.
