They are probably pretty similar in terms of performance and cooling, does the EVGA Classy have VRM heatsinks though? If it doesn't then I would avoid it TBH. In terms of price the are pretty similar, $260 AR for the MSI and $290 for the EVGA, but I think the EVGA comes with Batman AC so that's something. MSI might hold it's value a little better due to it's transferable warranty. All in all though I've had good experiences with MSI GPUs so that's probably where I would lean when they are as close as they are.
