I think the Danger Den one has better performance.

I hate waiting too but given that Keplers release is around 2 months away which isnt a lot of time to wait. Only thing is, I know the 448 will not be found after the new release frown.gif

All I know is that I had 2 X GTX 460 (768mb) in sli and this one card, with oc, destroys their performance in every benchmark or game I throw at it. Man, what I would give to SLI this bad boy. biggrin.gif

I really like the look of the NZXT switch. I will sell you my HAF 932 advanced. Basically a little lower end than the HAF X.biggrin.gif

Just realized that I violated a rule by offering to sell the case on this forum.

Try to get a hold of the OP in this thread. I think he tried it. Vista Declined I think is his name. I know the MSI cards have 2 bios so you could always revert back if it didn't work. What is the reasoning for this if I may ask.

I have tried all sorts of guides and nothing. For you guys here doing it, I need a step by step dummy guide cause I am lost.

You don't want to uninstall your current drivers in that way, just download and start installing the new ones you want to use and then select custom install and check "clean install", that will uninstall your current drivers before installing the new ones and also delete any non default settings in Nvidia control panel.

Hey guys, I got my MSI 560 ti 448 last week and immediately overclocked it 900/1800/2200 with only a small bump in voltage.

Now I've gone a bit further to 950/1900/2275 @ 1.037v with a max temperature of 72... how does this sound?
I have the fan speed set to auto (reaches 64%) and my case is geared more towards being quiet than maximum airflow.

I feel like I could get more out of this awesome card but I'm not sure the best way and if I should risk increasing the voltage/temperature.

This is my first GPU overclock biggrin.gif

It sounds like it's likely unstable. What have you done to test stability? I recommend Unigine Heaven.

Why does it sound unstable? I used Unigine Heaven benchmark to test those speeds...

Edit: On second viewing I am getting some kind of artifacts... should I increase the voltage or decrease certain speeds?

I think if you want you can increase the clock to see how fast it can get. Just watch the temps and dont turn up the voltage to full blast. I have the evga version and its capped at 1.1v so i dont know about msi cap but either way just be extremly careful if you are upping the voltage.

Btw, does anyones card read pcie 1.1 x16 in gpuz? Its happening to me and idk why, might be cause of drivers issue or something. I know it 2.0 cause my last card read 2.0 x16 in gpuz. I did the render test that gpuz gives us to bump the 1.1 to 2.0 but no avail.

Any ideas?

Chrjz, Because that's really high clocks for that voltage. If it's stable then more power to you, but I would be eagle eyed looking for artifacts for a while.

Try and run heaven on loop for about 45 minutes and watch for colored flashes of light as a sign of instability, they will look like glare from the sun or other lighting effects gone wrong and they will appear at random times and be all sorts of colors.
