Trying to decide on Z68 Mobo for SB. Was thinking ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 - Page 2

My 2600k's @ 4.6Ghz at 1.30v 24/7 on the Extreme3. It won't hold you back

If it has everything you need, go for it. The Extreme4 is sexy too, I got wise and knew Extreme4 has more sata and usb ports than I needed so I saved good money getting the Extreme3 at no loss of quality.

Yeah, just reading about power phases and all that crud. Oh well, still get the Asrock 125$ one most likely.

The major problem with this board is that it does NOT have usb 3.0 header support.

So I just bought a beautiful Lian Li USB 3.0 case and this would not work with it if I were to buy it.

The P67 version DOES have USB 3.0 header. I'll probably be getting the P67 version which is $150.

P67 doesn't have Intel Smart Start, or the IGP, as well as other features.

I would not get a P67 mobo, it's a step back.

Hmm, the headers thing makes sense.

I am getting the Storm Trooper:
