Install chrome on HDD? + How to make desktop files to be on different volume

Thread Starter
I just don't have any option where to install chrome... Is this possible to install it in a different volume than the one with the OS (ssd)?

Secondly, most of my files are in the HDD since the SSD is pretty small thus I would like to know how "see" the files of it on my desktop instead of doing 20 shortcuts (also I like to save my documents on the desktop when they're not finish)...
