p8z68-v pro DVD drive not reading discs -- Help

Asus P8Z68 -V Pro

ok I just put my new computer together:

I swiched over my DVD drive from my old PC that worked fine in there.
Now my dvd drive is not reading any discs. I can Boot from a Windows CD fine but once in the OS the drive is listed
but is not reading any discs -- I put a disc in spins for a few seconds then asks me to insert a disc into the drive.
It does see the drive in the bios.

I'm guessing it's a setting on the sata port that just has to be changed. I have pluged into one of the dark blue sata ports the same dark blue ones that mt HD is on.

I've include a couple of images of the bios to help.

I am in the middle of formatting so I have windows XP 64bit pro in there now, I just need the DVD drive to work so I can finish with my Windows 7 64bit upgrade disc.

Thanks!
