Hmm, I think people get confused over the 4GB patch and memory addressing in general.

The largeaddressaware flag allows a program to address 4GB of memory.

'Memory', in this case, refers to VRAM AND system RAM combined.

A 32-bit executable without the large address aware flag cannot use a 2gb graphics card entirely as it literally doesn't know how to address space past a certain address.

RAM and VRAM work together in texture loading, and with some of the texture packs coming out + the massive shadow maps people are using a 4gb requirement is not inconceivable.

Bone stock the game is actually unplayable at 3240x1920 and has major missing texture and CTD issues at 2560x1600. Granted both aren't very common resolutions, but they are an indication of just how close to going over the 2gb limit the stock game is. LAA fixes the issue. Also, HD texture mods make the game so much better smile.gif

Loving the y axis fix. I had to use 3rd party stuff to cap my fps at 61 so i could leave vsync off but not have a crasy high vertical sens.

This is the only one that is noticeable to me. It's really pissing me off. I'm almost convinced that I know the issue is though. I encountered a dragon on a mountain top I had already cleared (have not started main quest past the greybeards). When I killed said dragon, the corpse never disintegrated and I never got a soul. After that, the corpse appeared in Whiterun. Now it just lays there off the side of the path like a hobo, mocking me every time I walk by.

At 2560x1600 I crash to desktop every 10 to 20min. It is completely unplayable. Even my laptop with a 1gb 5870m ctd alot.
