As mentioned, HD texture mods can easily make it go over 2GB. I also had the Esbern mission bug... searched for it online and downloaded his sound files and it fixed it. I had to use the player.teachword console command for one part because I would walk up to the wall and it would make all the noises but it would never actually teach me the shout (the second ice one... I think it was flesh).

Mine loads 4 threads (of eight on my 920) around 60-70%. It's not 100%, but it loads them quite a bit better than many other games.
The most annoying thing to me is when I go into a cave or something, the screen glitches all over like it's microstuttering. The framerate is still right at 60, but it drives me insane. Is this the Y-axis thing mentioned in the OP?
