What is your maximum budget?
$500. No more than that.

What country are you in?
United States.

What will be the uses of this laptop?
Mostly schoolwork, music, and VERY light gaming.

Do you have brand loyalty or care which brands we select for you?
No MSI or Toshiba lappys, I've had terrible experiences with those.

What screen size do you require?
Maximum of 15.6"

What screen resolution do you require?
No preference.

Are you looking to buy NEW or would refurbished/recertified/used be okay?
Preferably new, but refurb is cool too.

How long should the battery last? (Under optimal conditions, no movies/games/heavy internet)
No preference. It's going to be near a socket most of the time.

What games would you like to play with your laptop? And on what settings?
Minecraft, Terraria, Magicka, GTA San Andreas and earlier, Dawn of War II. On medium-high settings preferably.

What operating system do you need? (if any)
Windows 7. Any version except Starter and Home Basic.

Is there a certain style of laptop you want? (aluminum, black, gaming, etc.)
Nope. But if possible, a slim-ish laptop would be nice.

How much hard drive space do you need?
At least 500GB

Do you need any special hardware? (blue ray, webcam, specialty ports, etc.)
Just a web cam. Disc drives aren't necessary, I don't have one on my Desktop and I get by just fine.

Is there anything else we need to know?
Uhh, nope. Don't think so.

Thanks, OCN.

I looked around on newegg, and found this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834131220 it meets alot of your needed specs, and will defiantly allow you to play the games listed.

Sorry did not notice that you said no more than $500 seems like that means limited flexibility

Haha, I'll be buying Magicka soon, I just wanted to get the laptop first. Added! All of these are exceptional suggestions. +Rep!

Yeah I'm on a really tight budget. I may be able to spend a bit more, but I was really saving any extra for a mouse, carrying case, and external HDD. Thanks for the suggestion though, +Rep!
