Budget gaming pc build

no preference, AMD/Intel or Nvidia/Ati. only chose intel general section because theres more traffic here then amd general.

budget total with taxes included is $500 max - Canadian - no monitor/mouse/keyboard/os needed.

build is for someone else that I will assemble for.

he will play natural selection 2, team fortress 2, skyrim, and some other free mmo games. and will be replacing a 10 year old pc with a radeon x200 or something like that.

Does case and PSU needs to be factored in as well? If you are reusing PSU what PSU is that?
