Believe so. I am pretty sure that it is faster on certain motherboards/keyboards as the USB polling can interfere. Pretty sure it is possible to manually change it to be faster though. Some keyboards do it themselves from what I think I might have read.  I prefer it personally. I like the thought of having a dedicated port for it. They also have more compatibility regarding bioses and such too. Has helped me with Linux on a few occasions too, I do have a nasty tendency of not installing everything I should or installing things incorrectly though.

LOL. Be prepared, I sense that a moderator will soon be scolding you for the foul language within the image. They are EXTREMELY strict on enforcing the "no bad language in any shape for form" policy around here. I've been warned a few times already for abbreviated texting version of "What the fudgenuckle".....(although replace the fudgenuckle with the notorious f word.) Haha...shoot, I'll probably even get warned for quoting your image.

Aww, the focus was on the posts I quoted, not the one I made. I guess a nonsensical message doesn't convey that well enough.

plus it was relevant, the op seems to be having trouble speaking clear English.

The bigger limitation is the retarded lane design on 90% of keyboards (even high end ones) where in the vicinity of what you can reach with one hand there is only 2 or 3 lanes that all the keys have to share thus whatever key you hit first blocks the other ones. Not a very noticeable thing to most people but can be very annoying when trying to set up your own hotkeys for games, comes out especially well in fighting games where some moves can only be performed by pressing 3+ keys together since there is a high chance that one of those key combinations involves 2 buttons on the same lane.

Had to pop in on this: I use optical connections on my receiever for my audio inputs. On the cable I bought for this it advertised GOLD PLATED CONNECTORS!. It's optical dufass, no current passes through it!

Haha! Yeah, I've seen those claims on optical cables before, too. I laughed. Then I face palmed.

I posted how silly it was on another forum I frequent, and a manufacturer who makes them piped up and said it made the connector it self more sturdy and longer lasting... *le sigh*

Well Think the responsive parts comes from ps2 having its own private path to the cpu rather than the usb connector to usb controller then cpu. Its what I read in the ocn keyboard article
