Well, what do you want to know?
Basics: You put some money on your account, select people/groups you'd like to help out and lend them 25$ minimum. They'll pay back and you can re-lend your money, donate it to kiva.org (operational costs) or take it out of the system

The best way of learning is doing. wink.gif

To add to that, I, personally, search for loans with a) the shortest payback time - allows me to re-lend faster, and b) Currency Exchange Loss = Covered or N/A. Just my 2cents.gif
