I'm not even sure why Zalman would enter this market. Margins are thin and there is already a lot of competition with established CS, logistics, supply chains, and partnerships.
This is ocmmon though, they will outsource the GPU Support - May even "Partition" a current GPU Company's Support and just run under teh Zalman logo
This is pretty normal these days. Some of the companies out there are SImply rebranding Someone elses PCB and Cooler attachment
THose Companies are Most likely not operating under their own Tech Support Staff

Ive never once found Zalman to be usefull for me, My wife thinks they have Cute Coolers, and she has the CNP Something or other large not so useful CPU Cooler, and her 9800 GTS's have the nice Radial Design Zalman coolers , which those seem to work well, but the CPU Cooler sort of crud
the one with the Suspended Cylinder Shape with a LED Lighted Fan in the middle lolol such junk
