OK, so when you get into your bios you have an option for MIT, go into it, the first line should say something like CPU clock ratio, the third line down will say CPU host clock control? is this correect?

no first is cpu clock ratio then CPU north bridge Freq.

OK, your going to set your CPU host clock control to Manual, then start upping the CPU Frequency, after you up the frequency, go into Prime95 and run Blend for 10 min, if it doesn't crash then repeat, upping the frequency again. monitor your temperatures in Coretemp and make sure then dont get above 62C

no, you need lower your memory clock multiplier down one step, your ram should be running around 1333+ - 100

And I'm guessing that your Ram runs at 1333 stock, this really depends on what you have... If your stock settings had it around 1600 then keep it around there, basically you want your RAM and your HTLINK to always be around stock settings, lower your HT LINK down so its around 2000 as well

lol sorry this is all so confusing not use to this i have cpu clock ratio x15 and cpu host clock control to manual & Freq at 228 and set memory clock is on auto at x6.66

Lower your memory clock to x5.33 and your HT LINK to whatever gets you closest to 2000 total

ok memory clock is set to x5.33 1215 MHz and ht link to x9 witch is 2052 MHz
