I am ready to buy an M8 case with several accessories. However, since I live in Canada, the order form on the website rejects my address when I try to check out. According to the M8 page, an e-mail should be sent to a Case Labs e-mail address concerning international orders. I sent an e-mail about this purchase 5 days ago, and a follow-up e-mail yesterday. Unfortunately, I have received no reply.
Did my e-mail get gobbled up by some evil spam filter? Are shipments to Canada not supported any longer? I'm sorry if I seem too impatient, but I want to have my new system built by January and the case shipment has now become the critical path. Please let me know if there's something else that I need to do!
