This. Gigabyte boards tend to not have LLC (Load Line Calibration). At least as far as I'm aware of.

Its only the higher end UD5-UD7 boards that have the vDroop issues. AFAIK, the UD3 doesnt have the big issues with vDroop. and its has pretty good VRM cooling, a nice matte black/grey colour scheme and those weird narrow-ish whine-free chokes.
