Here is everything that I did.. I'm not sure if all of these things apply, or a combination of them, but I am not going to change a thing. Occasionally, perhaps for 2-3 seconds on a map, I get slight video lag, but it may be related to explosions or destruction, which according to the [H] MP video card review was a problem on AMD cards..
I'm running @ 1080P, ultra for everything HBAO on 16AA.. Dual 6870's.
Disable Hyperthreading in my bios.
Create a user.cfg file (make sure you save the file as a cfg file, not a text) :
RenderDevice.TrippleBufferingEnable 0
RenderDevice.ForceRenderAheadLimit 1
Update drivers to current 11.11 w CAP3
Turn RAW Input to "ON"
I know this may sound strange, but the first game or two I played felt like it had more stutter.. But after a full day of testing, it looks like this combination of settings has practically eliminated all stutter..
I do notice a slight problem when I crouch behind objects and move to the left or right, it seems like my character moves slightly more than it should. Not sure if that is stutter or just a bug.. Doesn't happen all the time but it does happen occasionally.

@ bumrush. Already tried that, it helps a bit. i play with v-sync now anyway atm.

@ ZealotKi11er. hope there come a fix for that smile.gif

@ Poisoner. Stable enough. Runned Prime for 12+ Hours temps never didnt go above 62C

@AliceInChains. Yeah, but still, hope there's a fix soon.. tongue.gif

I've also got severe micro-stuttering when vsync is disabled. I've read this entire thread, and there appears to be no real solution, at least thus far.

However, something that might help -- if you're going to use vsync and you don't want to experience a lot of input lag, downloading Dxtory (or using a command within Battlefield 3, perhaps) and limiting your framerate to one frame below your monitor's refresh rate will remove a lot of it. I have a refresh rate of 60 hertz; lowering my max FPS to 59 removes almost all input lag. However, I experience a FPS drop when there's a lot of smoke around (particularly when zoomed in inside of a tank as a gunner). I'm not sure if my performance would be better without vsync, but I've had to lower shadows and effects quality to "High". I also play with full FXAA and no AA.

The only problem with doing this (if you've got extremely sensitive eyes like me) is you might experience a slight "skip" in your framerate since you are just below your monitor's refresh rate. It bugs me, but isn't extremely noticeable while playing online.

yeah i understood what you said,by saying response time i mean the response time each monitor has some monitors had 5 ms,others 2 ms etc.

maybe your parents monitor has smaller response time and thats why it doesnt lag-shutter.

but i am telling you again that i am not 100% sure about this because up to now people were saying that there is no difference between 2 ms and 5 ms

Why does the OP say "[SOLVED]"?

Unless I missed something, there's no current solution to this issue (unless, of course, buying a flat screen TV counts as a fix tongue.gif).
