An insulation pad should have been provided for the lower ""H" bracket to insulate it. I just used the factory plastic unit and got longer screws.

I think I just figured it out maybe, I put on the backplate without anything else and it could be shorting out on pins on bottom. I cant believe I didnt check that. Hopefully I have not done any permanent damage if thats the culprit. I will check here when i get back home.

check if ur psu is set to 250v then swich it back to 115
