I think the issue may have to do with the inverter try running them one at a time and finding out if it is a fault in one of the cathodes inverter. If you find out a particular cold cathode is crashing your system you need to rma it.

Tried but to no effect. Quite suspisious of my PSU now...recently am getting 0x00000000124 error that may indicate low voltage....Amy thoughts?

Cold cathodes require way more voltage than the psu gives out, this is what the inverter is for. Volts * Amps = Watts. So although ur psu may gave out enough watts, the voltage aspect needs to be converted to the proper voltage for the cold cathode, which is done by the inverter. The issue to me sounds like a faulty inverter. But i cant be 100% sure, maybe this information will allow you to see it in a new light.
